Plant Room

This plant room showcases the hybrid heating system installed at Knolldown House, featuring the Eco Forest ground source heat pump working in tandem with a Worcester Bosch gas boiler. Also visible are the large unvented hot water cylinder, buffer tank, circulating pumps, and zone valves — all photographed prior to insulation and final lagging.

Pipework Lagging

This image highlights the foil-faced insulation applied to the plant room pipework. In modern buildings, minimising heat loss is essential for overall system efficiency. The high-performance lagging ensures that heat is retained within the heating and hot water circuits, rather than dissipating into the plant room, allowing the system to deliver energy precisely where it’s needed throughout the property.

Freestanding bath

This image showcases the stunning egg-shaped stone resin freestanding bath, set on a floor illuminated with integrated LED lighting for a warm, luxurious ambience. The bath is complemented by a brushed brass freestanding Vado tap, adding a premium, contemporary finish to this standout bathroom space.

Adult and Children vanity units

This image shows a pair of bespoke vanity units installed side by side, with one set at a lower height to comfortably accommodate the younger members of the family. As the children grow, the bathroom can be easily redesigned and the lower unit adjusted to a standard height, ensuring long-term usability without compromising the room’s style or functionality.

Wall hung vanity unit

This image features a bespoke wall-hung vanity unit fitted with a countertop basin designed to complement the freestanding bath. The unit is finished with a stunning grey marble worktop and paired with concealed brushed brass Vado wall-mounted taps, creating a refined and cohesive luxury aesthetic.
