Knolldown House is an exceptional luxury development overlooking the Purbeck Hills, and stands as one of Wessex Services Group’s flagship projects. Working in partnership with Urban Homes, WSG designed and delivered the complete mechanical package for this prestigious property.

The installation features a hybrid heating system combining an Eco Forest ground source heat pump with a Worcester Bosch gas boiler, providing efficient heating to the underfloor heating across two floors as well as the indoor swimming pool. The full plumbing package was also completed by WSG, including seven beautifully appointed luxury bathrooms.

Tower Road West, Poole, UK

Wessex Services Group delivered the full mechanical package for this luxury residential development, completed in partnership with main contractor CBS. The property features underfloor heating throughout, served by a highly efficient hybrid system combining a gas boiler with an air source heat pump. The project also included the installation of four premium bathrooms, providing a high-spec, modern finish across the home.

Wessex Services Group delivered the complete mechanical package for this luxury waterfront property in Poole. The project included full underfloor heating across three floors, five high-spec bathrooms, an unvented hot water cylinder, gas boiler installation, and dedicated services for the outdoor jacuzzi. This oak-framed home is a true showcase of British craftsmanship. Wessex Services Group were contracted to install the underfloor heating system, designed and specified by Worcester Bosch.
To complement the traditional timber structure, four modern bathrooms were created—bringing a perfect balance of contemporary comfort and classic character.

Wessex Services Group completed the full mechanical refurbishment of this extensive coastal redevelopment, where eight original flats were transformed into four luxury sea-view apartments. The project featured complete underfloor heating installations throughout, fully integrated with the Control4 smart home system.
